in the thread linked below, floorwork helped remove both hip and heel pain. i had been doing Margaret Richard's Home Improvement, Debbie Sieber's Firm It Up, and Patricia Friberg's The Bottom Line and A Core Defined.
http://forum.videofitness.com/showth...=198744&page=2 I want to also add Callanetics to improve hip pain - Callan Pinkney (original or Quick Hips and Behind) also reduces my hip pain, particularly, the pretzel moves. Classical Stretch Season 4, episodes 20 and 21 (each 24 min) permanently removed back pain (due to my own carelessness!). those 2 short segments were pretty amazing. I've also used the same episodes to remove shoulder pain I was experiencing.
