What about the Body Project Workouts on You Tube?
They have a modifier. They have different workouts not dancey more punching.

I love this short one of 15 minutes. They have Jacks but they modify them.

Here you can see the variety of workouts:
https://www.youtube.com/c/BodyProjectchallenge/videos.

I hope this something for you Tugger. O it is not on dvd but maybe you can burn them on dvd.

Maybe an easy boxing dvd I use for recovering after being sick:
Robert Ferguson. The Essential 12 Minute Workouts (Fat Burner / Muscle Maker / Burn & Tone / Fight the Fat Kickboxing) or is Core de Force something for you but it is more intensive.

Man, I’ve been thinking on this question since last night! I can’t think of Any low impact cardio sets that aren’t high impact, dancey or kickboxing. Or walking!

I think you’ll just have to go with some individual workouts, instead of a set, unfortunately. Even my personal favorite cardio set - PACE Express - has lots of body weight movements like pushups and modified burpees.

So I’ll suggest some individual workouts. How about:

Life Force Anni Mars
Project You, the cardio workouts Kathy Smith
It figures, the low impact and step workouts from the tv series Charlene Prickett
Powerfit, the cardio workouts Stephanie Huckabee.
I’d also recommend any lower impact step workouts to do on the floor. I rarely use my step for step workouts these days and just do them on the ground. I still get my sweat on!

If I recall correctly, some of Karen Voight's cardio workouts were low impact. Can't remember the names. Maybe someone else will chime in. Some may be on you tube.

Yes I thought of only individual workouts.

Karen Voight's like Burn and Firm would work.

Jenny Ford's workouts on sale at Totalfitness might have something you'd like.

Tugger what about doing step workouts on the floor and no platform?

I have done step on the floor (Cathe) while learning and it's a workout like you describe...low impact, not too dancy and sweet spot intensity level.

This is Robert Ferguson, just 10 minutes of his dvd.

I still think Tugger that Body Project is good for you but you must decide yourself.

Or what about Gilad:

Or a beginner Kettlebell dvd which give you cardio:
https://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Ket...wley-p/228.htm
Or Aimee Nicotereira:
https://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Aim...-DVD-p/423.htm
Or Cardio Barre:
https://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Car...outs-p/899.htm
Or Tracy Long Kickback
https://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Tra...DVD-p/1105.htm
Like Linda said Jenny Ford, maybe the cadio of the checkout workout:

Cathe has her Low Impact series. It's mostly cardio w/ 1 or 2 (?) strength workouts. It has the bonus of the Yoga max and yoga relax as well. Great series overall, especially if you like low impact cardio.

Tugger how about Misty Tripoli's workouts? They are dance, but not dancey. Meaning, no real choreography. She will show you a move or three, but then you really jazz it up yourself. It's low impact with great music.

Muggle, I think Cathe's Low Impact series is mostly weights. I would consider two to be weights/cardio (Afterburn and Athletic Training), two weight training (Turbo Barre and Total Body Trisets), the two yoga, and maybe two purely cardio (the bike workout and Low Impact Challenge). I can't really remember if Slide and Glide was cardio or weights.

Kristin Dowell's Dressed Up Drills has a decent low impact modifier.

I thought Michael Olajide as well.

Lol, I was watching an episode of Catfish yesterday and they were in a pilates studio. One word from the instructor and I knew instantly it was Viveca Jensen! A few minutes later I saw the Piloxing logo on the wall
