I started a little early since my workouts were LONG!
I did
Yvette Fit #84 60 Minute Cardio, Step, Bicep, Back & Core Circuits followed by
Inner Dimensions (Discipline - 58 min., skipping 8 min. of the w/u).
Yvette Bachman's newest class was a fun one - it uses a 3 riser step (mine was 2 risers), and DB's for interspersing bicep and back work throughout the step cardio. There is core work at the end with a bicep/back BURN OUT FRENZY at the end - oh my, that was tough!! Very fun class!
My HR was up for most of the workout.
Travis' class is taken from his new series, Transform, and is 66 min. long but I skipped 8 or so minutes of the breathing practice at the beginning. It has lots of holding postures which allow LOTS of talking from Travis! And during that time we were in Downward Dog often; my wrists are really feeling it!! I found some other classes of his I like more (and with less talking - Blaze #3!), but maybe I just need more discipline.
Finished off with a 686 calorie burn when all said and done!
