It's kind of sad. I really like Lee as an instructor, but rarely do his routines. I don't have the patience for Qi Gong. I do the "Seniors" and "Joints and Bones" ones once in a while.

I like the floor section of the "Deep Sleep" one, which is free on YouTube.

All of the videos can be downloaded in either HD or SD. I put them on a tablet so I find that the SD files are good enough quality for me and they are hosted on Vimeo which is quite easy to use for downloading.

I just bought them. I wasn't interested in all of them, but the discount was close to getting one for free and this was another attempt by me to "help a business". I normally like DVD's but I'm getting used to streaming and downloading. I have a new iPad in my cart with lots of memory

When I stream his workouts from my account (on Vimeo?), my iPad goes into power saver mode and the screen dims every few minutes. That doesn't happen with YouTube. Does anyone know why?

ETA: I also like these because they each have two or three versions of different lengths.

I just wanted to let everyone know that two of the new titles are available as DVD, streaming or both now on the YMAA site https://ymaa.com/publishing/dvd. I imagine the others will be coming soon.

Qigong for a Healthy Heart and Qigong for Depression & Emotional Balance.

They appear to be having a 50% off sale if you buy 3 or more. I don't know if this applies to "new" items.

Thank you for this. I'll know for next time. I would have much rather preferred the dvd's, and with this sale I could have bought the ones I wanted, and saved about $50.

The downloads are pricey. Maybe he'll have a sale again before Christmas.

I thought the download price was a little high. I have not even used all the ones I already have yet, so I can wait
