I love the new site. I agree with the drop down menus having a hair trigger which can be frustrating but otherwise I feel the site is fresh, easy to navigate and has new features that I appreciate. You can't please everyone, it's true. Before this all took place, Mary asked on her forum what changes people would like to see, what options, what categories etc. She did ask for input beforehand.

Thanks for fixing the pop down menu, Mary!! The new design had its frustrations but we realize how hard you try and we remember all the great customer service you have given-----you are greatly appreciated

ETA: That pesky pop down never stopped me from ordering
