Thanks guys. Instead of impulsively buying I think i'm going to wait and see what her new workouts are like since they will be coming out next month. Patience, Patience, Patience. Besides I have her Peak 10 strength which I don't think I gave a fair shot as well as 2 Paul Katami workouts that I haven't even unwrapped. Might as well some some money and use what I have. Thanks.

I have the Shape series Bikini Body Bootcamp (God, I hate that title). Lisa Wheeler and Tracy York also instruct- it's a great set.

I agree that YBB and her Ultimate Workout dvds would be perfect. Classic Michelle style workouts but less intense than Peak 10s.

ITA! I did these so much a few years back that I just haven't been able to do them again, overkill. But they are really good and effective.

Agree about YBB (especially Circuit ), Walk Your Way Slim, and Fat to Firm Fast. They are real favorites!
For a combination of reasons, I have no interest whatsoever in the Peak 10s.

I must try out Michelle's YBB circuit. I got it after starting 30 days of Tracey Mallett only...

My favorites are YBB Circuit and Cardio (not too keen on the strength workout in the set) and Ultimate Workout (both the cardio and strength). I contemplated doing Michelle's live version of Peak 10 but I had a scheduling conflict and now I'm glad I didn't do it because I've developed fallen arches and Peak 10 workouts look like too much impact for me.

The YBB set and Ultimate Workouts are challenging without wiping you out.

I love Michelle, but I have not purchased her new Peak 10 set either. I have her YBB workouts and I really like those! I also have her 10 Min Carb Burner, and really like it too. Peak 10 is to high impact for me. Oh, forgot about The Ultimate Workout! That is a really good one!
