i learned from Cathe Basic Step and Cathe Low Impact Step.

my favorite is Cathe Low Max.

it's easy for me to do most Cathe step workouts now because i know her moves, her cuing, etc. her early stuff has great music too.

I realize this is an older thread (originally from February), but I wanted to add that even though Cathe hasn't released a DVD step workout in a while, she's done at least 3 and possibly 4 Cathe Live step workouts over the past year or two. These wouldn't be appropriate for the OP, but for those of you who enjoy step, you might want to check them out

I did the preorder originally and ended up selling it on ebay without ever actually trying it, only previewing it. The music just wasn't good enough for me (he can't use the same quality of songs he uses in his youtube videos due to copyright). Plus I would have preferred if the person videoing it would have gotten a little closer in to the group of steppers. The film quality and everything was fine though. It also wasn't quite the type of choreography I was looking for--this is hard to explain. I should have tried it out at least once so I could give a more accurate review...

Another vote for Jenny Ford. She has loads of doable step workouts free on her YouTube Site.

Another site I stumbled upon a while back is Fit Outside the Box with Karla. Not as big a collection as Jenny Ford, but a really nice little collection of fun step workouts:

Gin Miller's original Step Aerobics routine is available on YouTube, courtesy of Reebok. Jessica Smith also has a fun, basic step routine on her YouTube channel. I haven't tried Jenny Ford's step routines but she is a great instructor and I enjoy her weights and abs routines on YouTube Here's then link to my public playlist of step aerobics routines -- https://www.youtube.com/playlist?lis...sGRgUrS37TIV9U -- enjoy!
