Still working on my triceps after all these years.

I don’t know how to use her two newest mobility workouts. I like them…but they’re too long for a warmup. They’re not stretchy enough for after a workout. They’re not *enough* for a workout (I’m not an advanced exerciser, not even close! - but I like to make good use of my time…)
I like to ride my bike every day and add on ~ 20 minutes. That being said, I was ignoring my longer workouts and now split them up so I can still enjoy them. Sometimes things aren't balanced, but I do 1/2 one day and then the other 1/2 the next.
