One of the workouts is a cardio workout and you move a lot. You could slide from side to side. I seem to remember a fair number of squats where you move a leg off to the side or backward. I think much of those workouts would translate to a slide, but not all if it's not "tall" enough, not the side to side, but the front to back. I have no idea how tall it is and there are some moves where you take the disk around from the front around to the back, like you are tracing a clock from 12 to 6.
