Question about Mindy Mylrea's Gliding workout

Does anyone who has done this workout think it could also be done on a slide?

This question is in relation to a possible trade. I'm looking at "ultimate buns and thighs, total body sculpting, fat burning cardio, all on one disc" as something to trade for.
The trader isn't sure whether these workouts would work on a slide so I'm asking here.

I'm not sure. I don't remember those specific workouts but I know that Mindy does some moves where you are only sliding one foot and I think balancing with both feet on a slide could be difficult. Would you maybe keep one foot off? Sometimes she uses the discs under her hands, but again I can't remember those specific workouts. If you were picking and choosing certain moves instead of doing the whole thing it might work.

Are you just trying to find something to use with your slide?

I think that's the DVD tha tame with the discs. It's pretty good. You cd also just use rags on hardwood or paper plates on carpet... I'm not sure a slide Would work. She has you going in lots of different directions , IIRC.

Thanks for the info. ddj, yes, I'm always on the lookout for uses for my slide, it's great low impact challenging cardio. Not to mention how it works the legs too.

One of the workouts is a cardio workout and you move a lot. You could slide from side to side. I seem to remember a fair number of squats where you move a leg off to the side or backward. I think much of those workouts would translate to a slide, but not all if it's not "tall" enough, not the side to side, but the front to back. I have no idea how tall it is and there are some moves where you take the disk around from the front around to the back, like you are tracing a clock from 12 to 6.
