Also, you can do the first 3 segments from your Turbo Fire workouts prior to your short kettlebell workouts. I do this myself. This will give you your TF fix. I need to be thoroughly warmed, mentally and physically, before any strength workout and I find that doing the first 3 segments from Turbo Fire a fantastic warm up. It warms up my entire body. So maybe something like this: Monday-short TF workout plus a short kettlebell circuit Tuesday-TA's Mat Wednesday-TA's dance Thursday-TA's Mat Friday-short TF workout plus a short kettlebell circuit Saturday-Leslie Sunday-outdoor walk

Thanks for all the input. I usually only have time for 1 workout, but once or twice a week I can do a little more. So, I'll play around with it, but, another question regarding my TA stuff:
Should I continue to do Meta on time crunched days or when I want to combine cardio OR should I just drop that program for the present time and do Mat (or any thoughts on Designer Series???)?
