Ultimate Yogi Gentle Yoga

I've been doing Cathe's X-Train for over a week now and decided I needed a break. This was perfect. I think I'll start doing it once a week. Ahhhh!

KWX: Cardio Burst + TheRack: Big Arms Blast & Stretch Max: Stability Ball routine. BAB more than a blast was pure torture! My arms were fried at the end.

Over the summer it seems like I've been reaching for uy gentle yoga 1-3 times per week - it has really grown on me and I just crave it (especially that lovely shoulder/triangle sequence - ahhhhh). "it's mellow, it's chill, it's supposed to be.."
