I liked this one much better than Cardio Ballet! Definitely more of an intermediate rather than advanced, but gave me a good "burn" and the time just flew -- of course, it is only 20 min!
You need 3 lb weights & a chair, the music was pretty good, and as always, her instruction is spot on.
At end felt energized & ready to either get on w/my day (like today I need to go to work) OR i could see myself tacking on either the floor segment or a Barre3 10 min workout. Overall, I enjoyed this one & will do again!
