Workout styles do change and certainly the sets and clothing change, but there are some universal aspects of fitness that don't change. I still do the Classic Firms (the ones that are low impact) for example because they work for me.

I agree, I have been doing a lot of vintage workouts lately, and I find them very good, tough and fun.
