Thanks! The most critical part is over, and I hope to have movement restrictions eased by a month from now. In the meantime, I'll be doing less physically intensive things.
I also want to mention that the sadhana structure seems to have been useful in introducing a new habit for me in a way that seems "internal," without either a reliance on external reinforcement or on feelings of guilt.
