01/04/23 - Day 4 - had a pretty bad setback with my hip injury, so just meditation today. I incorporated a lot of healing affirmations throughout the day.

Dena, I like that - be careful of what you say, you're always listening.

Pat, sorry about the setback. I hope you're feeling better soon.

Beth, thanks for mentioning the David O challenge. I had never heard of him but did day 1 today and enjoyed him.

Yesterday after some housework my energy ran out and all I could muster was enough for an episode of Happy Yoga.

I wrapped up Eoin's Super Flow series today with the last two classes -- Liquid Asana and Vitamin Sea. I didn't dislike the series but didn't really enjoy it as much as I expected either. I did get a great idea for decor in my yoga / meditation room though.

Vanny, glad you liked David O since I haven't tried him myself! I'm not doing any yoga challenges, just one from Nourish Move Love.

Today I did a short Yogea practice from YT plus had a yoga therapy appointment.

Pam, it wasn't as much as a stretch as much as analyzing my movement patterns. It was definitely helpful and I learned a lot!

Good morning!

This morning I decided to catch up on some YouTube classes so I did:

Feel Good Yoga for Detox

Morning Yoga Stretch for Women (although I don't know why it's labeled specifically for women ; I think men would enjoy it as well). I loved the background / setting. It was very calming and relaxing.

H!

Day 15/40 and Day 16/40: Well -- nothing. Just didn't happen.

Day 17/40: The flow yoga class at my gym, and it felt especially wonderful today!

Will work on refocusing and regrouping so I can pick things back up tomorrow.
