Some of my favorites ( w/ some of my notes written on index cards):
This is Tae Bo - non-stop, first 15 mins great as an add-on or finisher, lots of punching, last 10 mins are kick combos, felt like it ended suddenly.
Ultimate Tae Bo - loved doing this on weekends, 90 minutes. Used to slay me, now, not so much, but still love it, great energy, playful Billy.
Tae Bo Advanced - fun
Tae Bo SOS - intermediate, steady state, fav
Tae Bo Max Intensity - Awesome, starts out brisk, never stops, decent stretch, music is generic, play my own music next time.
Tae Bo Get Celebrity Fit Cardio - great energy, decent music, decent stretch.
Tae Bo Get Celebrity Fit Sculpt - fav, playful Billy, Good music, lots of fun, great combos
Tae Bo Cardio - decent w/u, moderate pace, great music, great energy
Tae Bo Total Body Fat Blaster - active w/u, great energy, balanced, uses the billy bands, modifier w/o band
Tae Bo Power - 60mins, uses weighted gloves, upper body focused, will burn your arms/shoulders out, solid w/o.
Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 1 - 35mins, music has a strong beat, familiar faces, UB cir, abs circuit, lower body cir, abs cir, total body circuit
Tae Bo Cardio Circuit 2 - 52mins, 7 circuits
I like the Tae Bo Amped set as well.
Honestly, I probably should just list the workouts that I don’t like - the Tae Bo Funk workouts, lol, gosh those were awful! But love everything else.
