Most of these are not much available anymore. I bought them because I read good reviews and the short clios look great.

Breathless Body 3 HIIT - Had to get this one after the raves recently on VF

Lastics - A Mind & Body Stretching Technique The clip on Mary's shown a lot of feedback on stretching technique, plus there are 3 15-minute stretching routines. Sounded like something I could use, as I am trying to do a lot more stretching. I have a couple others of her's and I use to do them frequently.

I really was in the mood to buy, looked and looked but couldn't find anything I wanted. Kind of makes me sad.

I didn't really see anything I wanted in the sale BUT last week the weekly sale was Virtual Active and I bought four more (I already have lots!). I enjoy jogging on my rebounder to VA workouts and I prefer the DVDs because you have the choice of guided or "basic" (no cues) options.

Finally bought Fit and Bendy Shoulder School Prep (Kristina Nekyia) as well as Coast to Coast Volume 1 (Jenny Ford!)

Delivery was quick from WI to RI. Mary always delivers!

I don't know... haha I was just in the mood to buy SOMETHING but nothing caught my interest. Well, I should say I'd like to have Karen Voight's Quick & Slim Cardio but that's not on Mary's site.
