I was up early today and got a treadmill (Nepal) hike in before my regular outdoor hike. After lunch I added
Cindy Whitmarsh 10 Minute Solution Target Toning for Beginners (thighs, buns, arms & shoulders.) To finish things off I added
Jessica Smith's Yoga Fusion Fix (Stress Relief & Relaxation.) Ready for a nap after all of this, LOL.
Donna, I might join you in a WS rotation but wouldn't want to start until I finish my 18 hike Nepal series, so I'm not doing too much walking. I finished my 6th one, so have 12 to go. Then, I can lighten up on the TM a bit after that. When were you thinking of starting? I would like to do a Jessica rotation, as it's been so long...but don't want anything too intense, haha. I'll look over the WS sets to see what's in store and maybe I'll just scrap what I'm doing if you want to begin sooner than March.
I don't have anything set in stone and am flexible.
