01/06/23 - Day 6 - Kassandra 10 Minute Morning Full Body Stretch.

I was very tired yesterday and tried the latest Kassandra when I got home from work. Enjoyed it, as usual!

Hi!

Day 18/20: Inspired by Yogapam, I did Yoga Mind & Body with Ali Macgraw and Erich Schiffmann. Although I've owned this title off and on in the past, I didn't have a copy but found an inexpensive used one on Amazon. Still love the soundtrack and production, but wished Erich could have offered modifications. I enjoyed it though!

Day 13 (Jan 2): Practiced my asana class to teach, and added 5 minutes' meditation. Didn't do Kim's challenge because her video had technical problems - she fixed it fast but it made more sense to do it the next day.
Day 14: Kim's challenge days 2&3 (as warmup for my Iron Series workout), vinyasa class (also with Kim), and YogiBethC's Make Space meditation.
Day 15: Kim's day 4, 5-minute mindfulness meditation with YogaCandi, Zoom yin class
Day 16: Kim's day 5 as warmup for Iron Series; 11 minutes meditation
Day 17: Kim's day 6, 11 minutes meditation
Day 18: (today) Yoga with Cats at the local cat cafe , then shortly I'm going to a "What's your Word?" workshop, which will include meditation, chanting, and journaling with the intent of discovering your word/intention for the year. I already know mine but I like the ritual

Day 18:
~Sacred Body Yin (Alo Moves) - First 15 min. This was listed as beginner, but the stretches were very deep and not what I’d call beginner. Some just weren’t doable with my cranky low back so I bailed.

I started Eoin's Joy Body series today, the first practice being Ecstatic Backbends. I followed that up with a 15 meditation, incorporating a healthy joint mudra (which seems to have worked because one of my knees was hurting and now it's not ).

The intention I set for this week is forgiveness.

01/08/23 - Day 8. I mostly focused on functional fitness and PT today, but had a very nice Sunday morning meditation.

Beth, interesting about the ball rolling practice on Kassandra's channel.
