My "1 hour yoga class" is a class I take by a yoga instructor. It's not at a studio but at a local plant shop. One of my daughter's friends opened a plant shop in our town and this instructor walked into the shop in May and offered to teach classes early morning and evenings. I try to go at least 3x per week. This has been a blessing for me as 1) I love the instructor, she's amazing and 2) it is in plant shop with all these beautiful plants and nature and she fills it with fairy lights and it's just so serene and peaceful and 3) it's done wonders for my yoga as well as my stress and anxiety. My goal is to do mostly yoga practice but adding some meditation in as well.
