Now that “New Posts” is broken, I usually only look at the GD 🫤 I am a 200hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200).

I was a certified personal trainer about 10 years ago but never did it as a job or had any clients. I only got the certification for my own knowledge. I let it expire a while ago.
