Stretch (28 min.). Wow, what a workout, fun and challenging, I stayed with the base moves for some of the tricky ones, I also thought some looked like an accident waiting to happen, at least for me, so I kept it safe, the toning was challenging too.

Stretch Bound (22 min.). My legs, especially hamstrings and inner thighs are sore from yesterday's workout, my core a little bit too.
