My arms are feeling weak Yay! Thank you, Arms of Steel Workout. I discovered this workout on YouTube a few years ago, did it a couple of times and somehow got sidetracked from doing it again.
Gilad thoroughly works the arms. He also has a great warm-up and cool-down. I will have to remember to do this more often. I use a laptop for my YouTube videos and prefer DVDs since my TV is much larger.

Martial Fusion: 15-Minute Kickboxing Full Body Conditioning Workout with Guillermo Gomez I did this kickbox workout as a warm-up, but it would be great on its own when there's no time for a longer workout. It didn't feel rushed and had squats, push-ups, punch combinations, kicks, and a little stretching, too! It felt really nice (I did P.M. Pilates with Ana Caban and Yoga with Adriene MOVE Day 5 - Deepen after.) |
