I did Day 7 of the yin challenge (dragonfly). I had planned a longer practice but got distracted; I might try to fit in a short practice later.

I did wind up doing a longer practice on Monday, from Heart & Bones Yoga (YT).

Yesterday I did the yin challenge plus the Slow Flow practice from Calm Body, Clear Mind. I am trying to decide whether or not to keep this DVD; it's very nice but I hardly ever use it.

01/16/2022 - Day 27 - my own PT/yoga blend prior to gym;

01/17/2022 - Day 28 - Bellyfit Rebel Rising full workout including the yoga. Usually I love the Bellyfit cardio section and not so much the following parts of the workout, but in this case the yoga was nicer than the workout - stretchy and hip opening. I was pleased to see that I feel more comfortable in double pigeon.

This afternoon I did Boho Beautiful Karma Yoga for Heart Connection followed by her Peace, Calm & Tranquility meditation.

If I didn't have to return to work afterwards, I'd be so Zen my body would levitate.

I've had a few of those in my collection, Beth. I put it away in my closet for six months to a year and see if I miss it or enjoy doing it after a long break. If I do, I keep it. If not, I list it here as a trade or STW.

Dena, that does sound very blissful! I haven't done a lot of Boho Beautiful - were the practices you did on YouTube? RE the Calm Body Clear Mind DVD, one of the reasons I did it yesterday was to try to decide if I wanted to keep it, but I wound up still on the fence! I enjoyed it, but still not sure if I'll use it much. I might just hold onto for now.

Pat, glad you still were able to enjoy the yoga from Bellyfit. I think double pigeon can be a lot more comfy if you're warmed up/have done prep work.

Pam, I taught moon salutations in class tonight! It was fun; it had definitely been awhile.

Today I did Day 8 of the yin challenge (caterpillar), the SarahBeth standing stretch that someone posted here recently, and this nice little mini practice from Heart & Bones yoga:

After I finished that, I saw that Kate has a new practice, "Move Through Meh." I think I need to combine that one with her fuzzy sweater one!
