Paine, sometimes I've wrapped super-large things in a cheap Christmas tablecloth from the dollar store.

Back to post my workouts….
~Taught Essentrics on zoom
~Jessica’s Fusion Cardio
~MR Unplugged 1909
~MFML: Above the Knee & Below the Navel

Beth - Yes I think we do have a similar sense of humour! I agree that Miranda talks in absolutes & makes some pretty wild claims at times. Great idea to use a table cloth to wrap a big gift.

Margot - Nice save with the brownie truffles! Ice Queen is the first in Alice’s zoom series from earlier this year.

Waves to all!

Today I did Day 1 and Day 2 from the Barre Fitness (YT) workout challenge. I'm not necessarily planning to do the whole challenge, but it appealed today.

I also did these three Art in Motion (slings) practices:

Hello!

Today's Workout: The Upper Focus routine from Jessica Smith's Boost Metabolism + Muscle.

Margot: Your story about the brownies made me laugh!

Paine: When my niece was a young girl I gave her the Christmas Toys R Us catalog and suggested she circle the items she liked. Well, she circled about three quarters of the items on every page! That's so cute that the 3 year old loves trash trucks.

Waving to all!

Good morning all and Merry Christmas Eve Eve! Yesterday featured:

~ LWR Advent Calendar Day 10, 10 Minute Leg & Thigh Workout
~ YWK 15 Minute Morning Yin
~ 4,716 steps

I really liked the Lucy, it's about 12 minutes of standing barre type intervals. It felt like a nice bone healthy hip strengthener and it was also good for practicing balance.

Everyone, good luck with any holiday hustling and bustling you need to wrap up today!

Beth, that is an excellent idea about wrapping a large gift in a tablecloth! I never thought about doing that but I'll likely do that at some point.

I'm waving to everyone!

Paine, the dollar store can solve a lot of problems.

If you celebrate Christmas Eve Eve (I do!), wishing you a happy day.

Hi everyone!

Today's workouts:
- Bellyfit Alchemista Strength of Vessel. Alice did some nice core work sitting on a chair.
- Karin's PF Adductor practice (40 min)
- BSS Arm Blast & Posture Boost with Sahra on the beach
- MFML Adam's Daily Practice for your Feet (9 min)

Paine - Your grandsons are going to be so excited with their gifts. Isn't it funny how some toys stand the test of time. I had both Lego and a Slinky when I was little. I still think though that my hula hoop and stilts were my most favourite things of all.

Sandra - I had to chuckle at your niece wanting so many things from the Toys R Us catalogue. I guess she didn't make it any easier to you to choose which she'd like the best.

Beth - Thank you for the links to the AOM videos. Sometimes, I find the pace a bit slow but I do think it's good for me to slow down and really tune into what's going in my body.

Waves to all and a happy Christmas Eve Eve from me too.

I really enjoyed this Slings practice today from AoM; I would say that I "felt" it more than some of the others, even though it's shorter:

Margot, you are right about going slower! I thought the slow seated lateral stretch in the above practice felt really good.
