I usually just do Cathe for legs because IMHO she is the leg workout queen but I’ve done that Jessica Smith workout a bunch of times and think it rivals many of Cathe’s leg workouts.

I did Jessica Smith's Leg Day today and I really liked it. I wanted to do a lower body workout and remembered I bookmarked this workout. Thank you for posting about it!

I’ve been tracking all of my workout since I started using videos again this past February, The top five have been:
Firm Strength
Firm Cardio Split
Firm Volume 6
Fitprime Lean
Power Cardio

All oldies but goodies!
