I did Tamal Dodge's
Element Intro to Yoga (Fundamentals practices) today! It's also another nice one, but he moves a little faster than I would like, at times. He uses a block to help with flexibility and comfort (when seated) or (in bridge.) It's also used in lunges (warrior 2 & 3) for twists (in triangle pose), etc. What is done well here (as with all of his workouts) is his attention to breath. He holds poses for a long time, which can make them quite challenging for most! This would be a good one to rotate in with other Tamal workouts (if you find yourself a fan!) This DVD also has an intermediate practice, which I still haven't tried yet. Too many workouts....
I also discovered that
Eoin Finn's workout (Pure and Simple Yoga) uses a tidal wave or ocean soundtrack to help with breathing, but I still would not start with Eoin, even this one. Maybe as a next step, though.
