She does not like to exercise and is afraid that she will get hurt doing yoga. So I need something really, really gentle. I don't want to scare her off with the types of workouts I have in my collection. :-) Yoga would truly be brand new to her. She has no experience with names of common poses, etc.

I have
Healing Yoga for Aches and Pains and
Healing Yoga for Common Conditions. These DVDs are by the Matlins, a husband/wife team. I can't remember their first names, but they were both instructors for Yoga Zone.
These practices are very gentle and good for beginners (and/or for those recovering from illness/injury--which is why I keep them around!). The Matlins do some 'yoga speak' but the instruction is good and very encouraging. Both DVDs have a same outdoor setting, and it's very lovely!
