I just tried this one for the first time -- loved it!
I'm very much a beginner at yoga, so I'll let others who know more critique the yoga in it. But, for me, it was really enjoyable.
The instructor is Tamal Dodge, whose teaching I liked a lot (in fact, I liked him more than I thought I would from the clips I'd seen). He's got a very sweet-natured style, and gives clear instructions with a good amount of form pointers, gives some modifications (in both directions -- harder and easier), uses both English and Sanskrit names for most of the poses, and intersperses the yoga instruction with some of the physiology involved.
There are two 30 minute workouts -- one Hatha, one Flow, and I only did the Hatha one so far.
There is a short meditation (he doesn't use the word) at the beginning, and another short one at the end.
What else? Erm, it's voice-over (aside from an intro and ending), and it has sound-effect breathing that, depending on your personal style, you'll either find soothing and helpful with the breathing rhythm, or creepy as an obscene phone caller.
For me, it was helpful, but I could imagine some might not love it.
I'm looking forward to doing this one again!
