Ouch is right! The fashions AND the exercises!

The music reminds me of the Austin Powers films. (I read the other day Mike Myers is thinking of making a new one!)

That was hilarious!! Thanks for sharing!!

I will say the only exercise I saw worthwhile was the rolling up the daisies at approximately 6:40m..except they missed the opportunity on the descent to control.

I actually have a weight plate tied to rope and a small dumbbell handle. I use that for forearms and wrists. I'm not sure why they said it helped with upper arms but flowers would be much more interesting
