I just watched it on demand. The plot twist at the end is going to be confusing I think? At any rate, I was crying through most of the episode. Good stuff!

Sue, I thought the twist was quite clever. Very unexpected. Plus why would she give birth to triplets naturally? Why would you even consider knowing what could go wrong. Plus physically doing it would be a nightmare!

I am generally not a fan of network dramas (there are too many excellent ones on streaming services and cable that have spoiled me) but I enjoyed the Pilot episode of This is Us. Having the Pittsburgh connection helped too! Not sure if it will sustain my interest going forward but I'll certainly give it a shot.

I enjoyed This is Us also. I really liked the twist. I watched it last night and have found myself thinking about the characters today. That's a good sign.

I gave birth to twins naturally (well, I had drugs, but not a c section) there was 5 hours in between each birth (I slept in between the births). The first birth was awful, the second was nothing. She basically just slipped out on the first push. I would think a third would do the same. Although I don't know about the chances of cord and other complications.

Glad to see someone else was surprised by the twist. My husband and boss totally saw it coming. Whatever. I had a nice surprise and they didn't!

I agree! Nbc ordered a full season of 18 episodes total.

Sancho, I went into premature labor and had a baby girl, then the nurse told me I had a weird uterus only to discover it was another baby

at that point I could not imagine even if it was positioned right having the strength to physically do it. I had a C-section and they put me under prob to shut me up!

I guess if you know and have time to prepare it would not be a problem.
