lreidgreen, It was in another workout, since the upper body section was all standing, and we did regular tricep kickbacks. I think I have seen that exercise in another workout, but I can't remember which one it was.

Yes that's it! I just call them tricep crossovers. I love them! I know they were on a Karen Voight workout-either the Arms and Abs one or Energy Sprint which I forgot had an upper body section. I was just looking at the reviews to refresh my memory.

KCM does this move in Muscle Definition. And I'm sure Move with Cee uses this move in one of her workouts, too.

I love them too! I don't have Arms and Abs, but I have Energy Sprint, which I have not done yet, I will report back when I do.

Women's health Tone it up a 37 minute circuit workout with a great mobility style warmup and a 2 min break for you to do your own mobility or rest between the two circuits. The two leads have a good rapport but sometimes commented simultaneously. They alternate weighted and unweighted exercises within the circuits for 1 minute intervals. There are compounds moves that make the weight choice for me lower than I normally would (for biceps v. shoulders). I liked how they varied the pace within the minute (slow/quicker/slow) but some moves were done too quickly for my preference so I just kept my own 'quick' pace. There are times when one of the leads (Jennifer Widerstrom) gets out of breath and drops the weight in the weighted move. I kinda liked that. Nice mobility styled cooldown.

Beginners yoga

My latest purchase from Mary's sale. This is a repackaged set from GAIAM of Method titles with different names.
"Beginner's yoga" 1 hr = "The Method Precision Yoga" Jennifer Kries
"Yoga Mix" 20m = portion of "Method Integrated Yoga" Lisa Wheeler
"Yoga stretch" 20 m= portion of "Method 20/20" Marjon Conteau
"Firm and Flex" 1 hr= "The Method Firm and Flex" Lakey Evans

Yoga mix is balance and stretch focused that ends with very graceful dance section.

Yoga stretch is actually not very stretchy and more of a Pilates based core workout with one section using a towel but I used a resistance band.

I did a barre workout followed by Lastics Lite, a 15 minute stretch. It was a nice add-on after a workout and I’m very happy I purchased it through Mary’s sale.

I just completed Karen Voight Full Body Stretch. I had to have my volume down because everyone in the house is asleep so I’d like to try this one again. It was a nice stretch, a few twists on tried and true stretching that were new to me (yogis wouldn’t be impressed), but I really enjoyed it. Love the music and the Montana scenery is so beautiful.
