PowerMax is still one of my all time favorites….

Also reminds me of old Christi Taylor workouts - to me, she defines joy and pleasure in a workout….

Hi PowerMax is still one of my all time favorites too. I just wish I could still do it.

I still like the lower body portions of MIS and Pure Strength. They are really challenging.

Yes!
Ok. So after all the other great threads on what people will be doing I think I'll be doing less cathe next year, but definitely the older really fun ones. No rotation just whatever I feel in the moment.

I have her streaming until July

I like most of Cathe's older strength workouts.

I was (and am still) so choreo-challeneged that I couldn't get her step workouts.

I tried to learn Step Heat for months and then gave up. It is a super fun workout and I liked the music enough to keep trying!

My eldest daughter turns 25 soon and I was recalling how I last did MIS while pregnant and really sick.

Guess the nostalgia hit me hard
This sounds like a great idea. MIS was my favorite strength workout for years, and I gifted it to several friends. CTX has always been a favorite series of mine, and I like her Low Impact series. Pure Strength is great, too.

Cathe has evolved over the years, and I find her so inspiring. It's amazing how she’s been churning out a new Live workout every week for so many years. She is still in fantastic condition.
