I've lost an inch and a half, I was 5'9" and am now 5'7 1/2". I had a bone scan, and it was normal, although it's probably time for another one.

I don't know when I lost the height. I'm 61, and I think I was 5'9" four years ago.

Ok, That's it! I'm NEVER measuring my height again. I'm SAYING 4'10" forever, even though I was only ever 4' 9 3/4" - but that sounds too fussy, so 4-10 it has always been, and WILL STAY!

I'm 62 and hadn't lost any height as of a year ago. Measured 5' 5.5" at the doctor's office and at home.
