I got to thinking yesterday, while looking at all the workout videos that I own (and I have alot, like so many of you do) which ones do I do the most? which ones would I take with me if I was stranded on an island with just a DVD player? And, it's funny because my TOP 5 are not the ones I expected to love so much, a couple of them I put away for a LONG time after doing it the first time, one I knew I was gonna love and use even before I seen a clip (that is extremely rare, btw). Here are my current TOP 5 workouts, the ones I do, the loves I would never part with right now ( maybe never):
1. Kelly Coffey-Meyer Train like a Contender Boxing (this is that one I knew I was gonna love
).
2. Jillian Michaels 30 Day SHRED Levels 1 and 2 (BIG surprise here for me but I am loving these workouts and my daughter is also on board, BIG time motivating for me).
3. Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 Levels 1 and 2 so far, again, big surprise because, up until recently, not a huge fan of Jillian but that has changed and I find her workouts SUPER effective
4. Michele Olsen's Perfect Legs,Glutes and Abs
5. Tie between Chris Freytag's 2 Week Turnaround Cardio and Leslie's 3 Mile Bootcamp.
Not taking anything away from any other instructor whose DVDs I have bought but these are my TOP 5 right now, the ones I do, the workouts I love. That may change but right now I am pretty happy with this mix of styles
