I really enjoy Amy Bento's Hi/Lo workouts, with knockout being my favorite. It has good music.

Aside from Leslie's walks, I really love Walk Your Way Slim (Michelle Dozois) and Fat Burning Workout for Dummies (Gay Gasper).

Walk Your Way Slim is my favorite of the two and I do it once a week.

Charlene Prickett's It Figures Low Impact has about a dozen half hour TV shows shot outside in the glorious Canadian Rockies. I like it for the scenery and the easy choreography.

Is Turbo Jam easy on the body? I can't do anything that has a lot of pounding.

You can modify both Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire (they are different). However, Turbo Fire has several HIIT workouts that are a lot of jumping into the air.

This is not a DVD but when I am not in the mood to do cardio, I am always motivated by Sean O'Malley. I just pick one of his workouts and get on the treadmill or bike and come off drenched and smiling. He is awesome!

For DVDs:
Tabata Inferno
Anything Lauren Brooks (KB's but also count as cardio)

Not a DVD but I also love Michael Jackson Experience on the Wii. It is a serious cardio workout if you really give it your all. :-)

My longtime all time favorite cardio is Christi Taylor's hi/lo, especially Still Jumpin' Just For Fun (the title says it all, although there's not a lot of jumping, really) and Totally Hot Cardio (sentimental favorite because it was my first Christi and because it has some fun music, but may not be everyone's favorite because it has an extraordinary amount of grapevines and hamstring curls, especially if you stick with the modifiers).

For step I also really like Christi Taylor, Rebecca Small, and Marcus Irwin.

I've gotten into Petra Kolber's dance videos recently (especially 321 Dance and Just Dance, and also her Bootcamp Boogie).

And for days when I just need to move to loosen things up and get unclogged physically and mentally and don't mind something a little kookily out there I reach for Chantal Pierrat's Soul Sweat.
