1) kettlebell dvds?
Art of Strength, Steve Cotters Extreme DVD, Steve Maxwell 300, On the Edge and Dave Whitley
2) kettlebell instructors?
I've learn the most from Steve Cotter, Steve Maxwell and Anthony
3) kettlebell books?
All Pavel's
4) Who you think give good instructions or tips on form, beginner instructions etc...
Steve Cotter definitely and Anthony
5) What do you get out of it, and any physical gains, ie how is it different from weight training?.
For some reason exercising with kettlebells are just so overwhelmingly empowering for me. No weight training have even done that to me. I feel so strong and accomplished after the workouts. And no injuries! These iron balls are God sent to me.
6) how many kettlebells do you own, ie weight, and whether singles or pairs and why?
2/10lb, 2/15lb 2/20lb, 1/25lb, 1/35lb 1/44lb and I use them all.
I use them since last December, and even though I'm heavier on the scale, I'm about the same size as I was. I definitely have some new muscles, I'm overall a lot stronger than I was and I was not weak. Overall, I'm sold for a life on kettlebells.
