blast from the past

Barre3's 7 day body blast. I know this was years ago, probably 2013. It's no longer in the barre3 archives.

Did anyone save the workout schedule and menu lists?

Thanks, for replying, but no, the QVC set rotation was for "28 to Great," a challenge contemporaneous with 7 Day Body Blast, but not the same thing.

a blogger referred to having success with it, and it was essentially diet-based. she lost 7# in 6 days. she said you go to Barre3 class 6 days out of the 7 days and eat x, y, and z during the 7 days.

Hi!

Is there a set rotation for the Prevention Love Your Lower Body set?

I know there was a book - but was there a rotation that used the DVDs?

Donna,

I still have the book and as best I recall - from sitting outside on my porch while the book is in my house - there was no rotation for the DVDs. I think the book had a suggested schedule, but it didn't coincide with the DVDs.

The LYLB book doesn't even mention the DVDs.

I think w/ my history of over-use type injuries my best bet is probably to alternate B3 w/ something else in between - so that may be my plan!
