Premixes
This comes up every now and again “List your favorite premixes.” Well, I haven’t seen one in a while, so I thought I’d start a new thread. I tried a new one this weekend and thought I’d share:
Afterburn: Double Trouble
In the ‘regular’ version of Double Trouble, Cathe does Round 1a/Round 1b/Round 2a/Round 2b/Round 3a/Round 3b…all the way to Round 10a/Round 10b. The workout is 54 min long (including warm up and cooldown).
In Double Trouble, the entire workout is there, but you do Round 1-Round 10a, then do Round 1b-Round 10b. This workout is only 51 min long because it cuts out a lot of the rests (3 whole minutes’ worth!). You do have to know the workout pretty well if you choose this premix, because she goes right into the move sometimes without telling you what equipment or poundage to grab (since that part's been edited out).
The time flew by and I actually preferred doing the work out this way.
