I was looking for 30 min workouts once I'm done with Heat. Anna seems to have a lot. I could do Caroline's shorter workouts. P90x3? Not sure what I want to prioritize. I think the shorter workouts help with anxiety since I can get a thing or two done in the AM or just not be rushed which is a big deal.

Kaleigh spin this morning and Epic III back/biceps that Caroline posted yesterday. This was a "be careful what you wish for" workout. Loved it but it was brutal!
buffmama - being rushed in the am is not a good way to start the day. Hope you can find some shorter workouts that you like.
icequeen - Caroline has SO much excellent content! It's hard to choose sometimes.
Loved the concept but not the Bulgarians while I was doing them! Great, just great. I only used 15lbs, 10lbs for shoulder presses. Still working on form for RDL especially coming from the row.

Kaleigh spin and Epic III No Repeat Legs that was posted yesterday. Loved this one. Usually I don't like no repeat workouts much, but Caroline would do the same move in all different ways - two dumbbells, one dumbbell, bodyweight, pulses, different tempos, etc.
30s work/15s rest - like those #s! Lots of burpees here Erica. I skipped SA and SL burpees (did the regular ones) and went low impact a few times. All was good.

Kaleigh spin and Sydney's 45 Minute Legs Level 2 Workout | STRONG [BOOST] - Day 7. This was really tough - she keeps the muscles under tension for a long time! Ouch!
Really liked this one. She inserts BW moves to catch your breath and I did better than I expected to. I stayed with 20lbs although my 15s were right beside me.
