The 5 tibetans question - what about evening ?

since T5T is recommended for morning, what about evening?

i suppose you can do a typical evening yoga routine, or a stress release routine.

I find the 5 Tibetans quite energizing and would be more apt to do them in the morning. There are back bends involved and they tend to be invigorating and not the best thing to do at bedtime.

no, i understand it's a morning routine - i've been doing it a lot lately in the morning.

i'm wondering whether the Tibetans have an EVENING ROUTINE that they do, or did they simply do meditation.

for evening, i've been flitting around to all sorts of evening yoga routines, not finding anything special, even doing my own ala carte routine.
