I had a hip injury and a lot of pain when trying to sleep. We bought a Sleep Number bed and it helped so much!

I've had this issue before. I honestly don't remember what actually made it better. I think I went for a massage that made it worse. I may have gone to a chiropractor for a while. It was a long time and caused me a lot of pain. I took advil and rubbed it with pain ointment I bought at CVS. I tried making a rub with essential oils for muscle soreness. I hope you get better and can find a solution.

Edited to add that I did research stretches from Bob and Brad (chiropractors on the internet) and I think I did Classical Stretch as well, but I was extremely gentle.
