Aileen Sheron/omni ball creator

Aileen Sheron did that Weight Watchers "spooky fingers" dvd with Chalean Johnson as a background exerciser. I bought that download and I am on her list I guess. I got an email today with an invite to join her online group and wow!! her stuff is really hard but I am interested in her chair workout. and those omniball workouts. I want a set of those. I know that would be too hard but they look like the most fun new toy ever/
someone anyone on here please look at the site and say no no no to me, lol

They do look intriguing. Curious whether people would get the two or four pound pair (I'm assuming that means one pound or two pounds each?). There's nothing in their FAQ about how to decide what weight. Maybe they're hoping people will buy both.

Looks like a good workout and a lot of fun but I don't think I could do this in my house.

there's an unboxing video on youtube and i asked over there about the weights and it's per ball not per pair. here's a link to the video

But seriously, do we need OmniBalls?

$79.95 + $9.95 shipping includes 2 workouts. I wonder what the cost is if you just want the other size balls later.

I was thinking the same thing. Aren’t gliding disks used in a similar manner for leg work?

Although if I had the money, I might be tempted!

I also thought the same. I have soft neoprene weights with straps that would work fine for this workout. I think weighted gloves and/or wrist weights would work fine too.
