Hello everyone!
Today's gentle workouts: - YoQi Qigong for Vitality 13m - Karin's Good Morning Flow 14m - ETV Gail's latest Standing & Barre class Paine - You have the nicest weather all year long. I can see why you wouldn't miss having 6 months of snow every year! Pat - I love the mix of selenite, amethyst and rose quartz in your "sniffie stick" and am happy that it's working for you. LOL on being on a bus tour with you all being all decked out in green. The UK is so small that it's never that far to get anywhere. Wales is beautiful and I love Ireland too. The people are so lovely there. On our last trip, we toured the Ring of Kerry on the west coast and amazingly had a week of wonderful weather. The scenery was spectacular. It was also the last holiday with my Mum and Dad, so holds even more precious memories for me. Pam - So glad you had a great birthday. The jazz club sounds fab. Hope you all have a blast. Hope everyone is having a good day. Waves all round.

Good morning! TGIF!!! Here's my yesterday:
~ YWK 20 Minute Yin Yoga Full Body Stretch plus affirmations ~ YogiBethC Today's Special Lunchtime Yoga #2 ~ LWR 10 Minute Standing Abs Workout ~ 25 butt bridges plus 25 plies ~ Unplugged 1902 ~ 5,548 steps The LWR was back-tweaky, I don't recommend it. That was a first. I decided to revisit Kassandra's Morning Yoga Movement Challenge, but teach myself to sub standing or chair poses for things I can't do. I watched day 1 through and wrote out an alternative plan, and this morning it went great! Example: I did bird dogs and bird dog crunches standing on one leg with my fingertips on a chair for balance, and substituted triangle for side plank. Beth, thank you for the lunch practice second installment. That was some interesting breath work. Pam, the jazz club sounds fun! Margot, your memorable trip to Kerry sounds like a very special time. Waves to all and anyone who visits! |

Happy Friday!
Pat, that was actually lunchtime practice #3 - did you miss one? We have been joking at work that time seems to have lost all meaning since the start of the pandemic! Your "sniffy stick" sounds so cool! Paine, I teach yoga tomorrow morning, and tomorrow night, DH and I are going to see a couple that we haven't gotten together with since prior to the pandemic (well, DH has gone to lunch with the woman since they used to work together). In fact, the last time we saw them was after our water heater flooding in October 2019! Margot, I bookmarked that YoQi practice; maybe I'll try to get it in before my client gets here. Hope everyone else is doing okay.
