Recalibrated forumula for max heart rate, sort of

Yeah, this was posted a while back.

Most of us agreed that this formula (like most formulas) doesn't really do justice to us individually... according to this, I'm regularly exercising at 110% of my MHR without feeling like I'm in the anaerobic zone. I wonder if they could do this same kind of study, but split up the women by age, cardiovascular fitness and maybe even body composition.
