Today I did a lower body strength workout from Heather Robertson, and DD and I did a walking workout from Get Fit with Rick because he just released a Britney Spears walk and DD loves that, haha.

Diana, we are going to to a Thanksgiving with a small group of expats that we've met here. We're all bringing a couple of dishes. It's challenging to find some ingredients here, so we'll do whatever semblance we can get and it will be fun.

yoga class on Zoom.

Diana, we have really nice colors this year and we are at peak colors now, or maybe just past them. It's really pretty. We have had some cool days, and it's pretty fall like now, but tomorrow is going to be 73 (kind of crazy really). Then it's going to settle back into the 50s pretty much.

Cheryl, sounds like a nice Thanksgiving plan. Nice you have found a group of friends there.

Which ingredients are difficult to find? I know it will be fun.

Lynn Our temps have been in the 70's so that has been nice.

I hope Cynthia is having fun.

We are going out of town at Christmas. We will be traveling with my friend and her DH. We are going close to the mountain house we usually go to but we will be staying at an Inn. Hopefully it will be cool but not too cold.

barre 3 30 minutes cardio. Actually this one had some hard glute exercises. Really interested to hear about Cynthia's retreat. As I struggled through my workout I thought how easy it was compared to what Cynthia must be going through.

Today I did an upper body strength workout from Zanna. Yesterday I got more than 11k steps.

I got my hair colored by an actual professional (instead of myself) today. He colored all of it (I had had the very back brownish and the rest red). It's darker than I have been used to, which makes me feel like I need to wear a little more makeup. But it will be a good change for the winter months.

Diana, some hard ingredients for Thanksgiving are herbs such as sage. I would have to make my own breadcrumbs. There is no canned chicken broth, just bullion, so I would have to make broth. Other foods that are hard to find are things like chili powder and jalapenos, things that are a bit spicier, and any kind of spice/herb blend. Or easy, processed foods. Everything is in the simple, natural form. Like if you want mac and cheeese or brownies or cake, you always have to make them from scratch. It's much healthier though! No GMO foods or hormones in meat or anything.

Hope Cynthia is having fun!

barre 3 30 minutes weight training. This one was more cardio than I would have liked but it was ok.
