Lynn, thanks for the band idea. I'm taking note, for later.

Check-in:The harder full-length Dailey workout. Did it straight through! They occasionally have one of the exercisers (all of whom are Dailey pros, like studio owners) perform a modification, and I did a couple of those, e.g. elbow plank instead of hands.

I'm in pre-packing mode. Brought out my packed-away barre clothes and tried on some leggings. Picked 3 of the most comfortable. Also chose tops and socks.

Good Morning, Everyone!

I was exhausted last night and didn't check in. I went to bed early. Yesterday morning I woke way too early, 3:30 am, and couldn't go back to sleep.

Yesterday's workout Jessica Smith's Steppin Strength.

Steps from yesterday: 7,374

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy. Have a great start to your week.

Saturday, I did a longer dumbbell workout for lower body from Zanna Van Dijk. Yesterday I did not do a formal workout, but I did get more than 11k steps.

Today, I did two of Heather Robertson's new 10-minute workouts: an upper body strength and Yoga HIIT. I also did a 10-minute upper body workout from Fitness Blender. I feel like I am regaining strength, slowly but steadily.

Cynthia, when do you leave for your vacation?

Diana, how was the memorial service?

Lynn, I hope you heal quickly and completely!

My recent blood test revealed that I was on the lower end for B12. Not out of range, but not great. I bought some liquid B12 and started taking it in a bit of orange juice each morning. I am feeling so much more energetic.

HI Everyone!

Cheryl I'm glad you have started feeling better so quickly. Have you been low on B12 before? The memorial service was nice. It was kinda like a family reunion of sorts. The church split a few years prior to me coming there. The church split because the pastor left. When that pastor left the majority of the people left too. Some of those people along with that pastor were at the memorial service. I would think it would be awkward but our church family seem ok with everything and happy to see everyone.

Check-In: CS 823 Stretch & Strengthen The Lower Body

Have a Blessed evening!

Cheryl, I leave Sunday morning Nov 14.

I take a little tablet of B12 daily. I used to have a recurring problem with sore tongue. I looked up remedies and there was a mention that B12 might prevent it although there wasn't scientific proof. It works for me.

There are 2 Dailey Method DVDs, Dailey Now and No Excuses.. Each has a full length class and shorter workouts. I have been alternating the long workouts. Today was Dailey Now. Have to say that an hour of this has a bit of dread factor.

Check-in: I kept thinking of excuses but then I did the Dailey Method No Excuses class. I really don't like their abwork. OTOH, my abs are looking better.
