Kendell Hogan and Crunch total resculpt

I just finished previewing this workout. It looks really good! I am going to try it out tomorrow. I also got Fath burning workouts for Dummies (thanks a lot you enablers). Anyway there was one little thing that I noticed on Kendell's workout: At one point he says "Remember those straight degged lead lifts?" I actually had to rewind it to make sure that I wasn't just hearing things. Honestly, why don't they fix that stuff in editing? The Firm does that too sometimes (the instructor makes a mistake and no one fixes it). Why do you suppose they don't catch that. Oh well, it's stil a great workout.

I really like that workout. I think in that one he says 'leg' in place of 'arm' once or twice, or is it vice versa?

I honestly don't think they care that much to edit them out, or maybe it's because they sometimes wind up looking worse after. I'd rather hear their errors than see their lips move and nothing come out, like in some of Cathe's.

I recently purchased this workout and I really like it too.

It's just the right intensity for me. I'm always looking for workouts for the lower body that I can do regularly, but they're usually either too hard or too easy for me. This one gives me just the right burn and doesn't make me feel sick when I'm done. I've decided to incorporate this workout (the whole video) into a rotation. Summers just around the bend! Got to get in gear NOW!

I love Kendall Hogan so he can make whatever mistakes he wants, it's fine with me!

I enjoy Total Resculpt; I don't dread any of the exercises like in a certain video with the initials LWTW2!

I like Kendell a lot too. I wish that he would lead some Rebounding Videos for UR. I've seen him in the background in a few of them. The only other video I have by him is his step workout for Crunch.

I like Kendell but this felt slow moving and very beginnerish. I sold it on e-bay.

Is this video any good? Has anybody done a review of it yet? They showed clips of it on the super slim down dvd and it looks pretty fun.

any opinions or feedback would be great! thanks!

I posted a review of it. You should be able to find it in the new reviews section.

Thanks!

I'm interested in looking for weight workouts and this might fit the bill for those time crunched days....
