Of course this is also the DVD that people have been having problems with (but SNM says that it's our fault for not having the right DVD player!). Actually, I haven't tried to use mine since I first got it, but the posts have been worrying me.

Supersets/Push-Pull
Of the four DVDs I received, yes, the Supersets and Push-Pull DVD is the one that gets screwed up in my NEW DVD player (it takes several tries for the disc to load up to the main menu). I don't think it is my player's fault if all of the other 3 DVDs load up no problem!

I haven't ordered any of Cathe's newer DVD's (Body Blasts) because of all the talk about the Push/Pull Supersets DVD, and what has happened to everyone else! The pre-mixes sound awesome, but if the DVD wasn't made correctly, that's a BIG problem. This is really going to hurt Cathe's reputation (don't ya think?)
I did order a number of her older DVD's, and in the shipment I got yesterday, all the DVD's were wrapped in plastic. They were kinda just thrown in the box with peanuts, but I haven't opened every one to make sure the DVD is actually ok? Or, if the DVD is the same inside as the cover/case! BTW, did anyone else notice the mistake in the catalog that was sent out? I'm not going to point it out, in case some of you want to have some fun with that... Alta, I'm so sorry this has happened to you! It is extremely frustrating, and SNM should do right by you, and others that have had the Supersets problem! I hope things work out! |

You would think as much as the dvd's cost. They could get the order right. I pre-ordered the beginner step dvd and the pyramids dvd . Well they sent the three intensitiy series. I tried to call and they have no human customer service which sometimes is no better than emailing a customer service they hardly ever get back to you. But they did send ups back out to pick up the dvds. But I still don't know if they got my original order right. I guess I won't know until they send out the new ones. Oh well.

Alta, maybe you should visit the Cathe board and tell her. Maybe she doesn't know that some are receive less than stellar customer service.
I may not be too DVD-savvy, but I don't understand how you can have a DVD player that won't play some Cathe DVD's?
