  • Bikini Body Blaze (cardio) 10m
  • Fearless Arms (arms/cardio) 10m
  • ABS-olute CORE (abs/cardio) 10m
I did 3 of the 5 routines. I will do Lean Legs & Bun Burn another time. The routines were harder than I expected -- lots of higher impact, burpees, mountain climbers -- so I needed to modify many of the moves.

645 Stage 1, Week 2, Day 1, Lower Body Strength...the heaviest weights I used were 20's but I mostly used 15's and 12's and this workout was tough! High cardio factor too without doing cardio. A lot of core was used as well.
